Payroll Service Supervisor - Operations

Job description:

    The Payroll Service Supervisor for Operations is responsible for overseeing a team of Payroll Specialists. The team leader role is also responsible for establishing and strengthening client relationship through effective and constant communication, consultative meetings and other client engagement activities.

Job requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, or any 4-year business-related course
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the same industry or similar field
  • Background in compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping policy and government requirements is an advantage
  • Must be familiar with applicable statutory laws
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications
  • Must be familiar with SQL extraction and data conditioning
  • Must be highly analytical

Job description:

The Sales Officer will manage, sell and develop business solutions either related to HR and IT. He/she is responsible for ownership of account strategies through development, identification, and validation of opportunities. He/she is expected to establish and manage relationships with customers.

    Accounting Specialist

    Job description:

  • Will perform basic to intermediate Accounting functions such as but not limited to billing preparation, journal entries, preparation of income tax return, Accounts Receivables aging summary, product costing and preparation of contribution margin
  • Administers internal payroll processing such as but not limited to computation of reimbursements for SSS maternity and sickness claims
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation of government required documents/reports such as but not limited to BIR form 2307, posting of government loans and contributions.

    IT Support - Implementation Analyst/Developer

    Job description:

  • The IT Support is primarily responsible for the timely and efficient development and deployment of business solutions offered by CPI Outsourcing to its clients and partners. The IT Support will also be performing program development, project assessment, data gathering, testing, and implementing all elements as required by the client to ensure smooth roll out of the solutions. The IT Support will be reporting directly to the Systems Integrations Manager.

    Job requirements:

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT-related course.
    • Must be knowledgeable in Project Management.
    • Must be adept in system analysis and design.
    • Proficient in any programming language, preferably Microsoft applications, SQL, .Net, PHP
    • Must have strong programming skills
    • Must have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Must be excellent in identifiying facts and can draw valid conclusions
    • Must be a team player and client-centric
