Payroll Specialist

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle the overall payroll requirements and concerns of the clients
  • Ensure a smooth end to end service delivery through compliance with internal and external Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Strengthen and maintain client relationship.

Job requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy/Management Accounting or any Business-related course
  • Fresh graduates from reputable business schools are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Excel application
  • Effective communication skills

Sales Officer

Job description:

The Sales Officer will manage, sell and develop business solutions either related to HR and IT. He/she is responsible for ownership of account strategies through development, identification, and validation of opportunities. He/she is expected to establish and manage relationships with customers.

Job requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. An MBA holder is an advantage.
  • Must have a good general understanding and knowledge in IT.
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills.

    Accounting Specialist

    Job description:

  • Will perform basic to intermediate Accounting functions such as but not limited to billing preparation, journal entries, preparation of income tax return, Accounts Receivables aging summary, product costing and preparation of contribution margin
  • Administers internal payroll processing such as but not limited to computation of reimbursements for SSS maternity and sickness claims
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation of government required documents/reports such as but not limited to BIR form 2307, posting of government loans and contributions.

    Job requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
    • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Must have knowledge in applicable statutory laws
    • Background on compensation and benefits is an advantage
    • Knowledgeable in taxation, auditing, and financial reporting
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Full time positions available
