Successful
candidate will be responsible for handling the overall payroll
requirements and concerns of the client.
- Graduate
of any business-related course, preferably Accountancy from
reputable school
- Must
have knowledge in spreadsheet and word processing applications
- Familiarity
with SQL commands is an advantage
- Experience
in payroll processing is an advantage
- Good
written and oral communication skills
- Patient,
flexible, analytical and keen on details
- Can
work under extreme pressure

SALES BUSINESS OFFICERS
Successful
candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and implement account
strategies using in-depth knowledge of clients’ industries and
business environments
·
Manage and coordinate site visits
for prospects
·
Lead the solutions selling process
and facilitate selling activities
·
Prepare and customize sales
presentations as needed
·
Conduct product and service
demonstrations to prospective clients
·
Gather and assess initial
information/requirements of prospective client for proposal making
and discuss with Technical Sales Analyst or Project Assessment
Team for possible assessment activity.
·
Propose to the power sponsors and
end-user possible in-depth project assessment activity to
completely define all requirements and needs
·
Ensure proper turnover and
Introduction to Implementation Tam of new accounts
·
Prepare and finalize the Solution
Design Proposal for the prospective client. If required, schedule
a meeting to present the entire project
·
Negotiate and close accounts
·
Prepare and secure proper
documentation after closing such as the Job Order (JO), Service
Agreement (Contract) and Service level Agreement (SLA)
·
Perform other sales activities if
the need arises.
·
Perform After Sales
responsibilities which includes coordinating new accounts with
necessary groups in order to close the deal and deliver products
and service to customers based on the agreement, provide
assistance to existing clients regarding services and contract and
develop and implement strategies to create new revenue stream
through system enhancements and additional services
Candidates
must have the following qualifications:

Graduate of business-related
course preferably BS Administration, Marketing or IT-related
course
·
Preferably with selling experience
in consulting services, IT enabled services or BPO would be an
advantage
·
Must be excellent in oral and
written communication skills
·
Must have excellent interpersonal
skills
·
Proficient in PC skills especially
using spreadsheets, presentations and word processing tools
·
Able to set priorities for
business opportunities.
·
Must have knowledge on sales and
marketing process
·
Can pioneer the development of new
products that redefine the industry and the position of the
company as service provider

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
Qualifications:
- A
degree in Computer Science, BS Information Technology or any
IT-related course from a reputable university
- Related
experience is definitely an advantage
- Proficient
in MS Application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable
in any programming language
- Knowledgeable
in flowcharting, any data model and structural design
- Logical,
analytical and keen on details
- Must
have the ability to solve practical problems
- Must
have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form
Responsibilities:
- Will
perform design and analysis of work
- Evaluates
and tests new or modified software applications to make sure
that the programs are working properly and fairly easy to use.
- Verifies
software application procedures and functions if it is
according to user requirements.
- Will
write, revise and verify quality standards and tests
procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain
quality of software efficiently
- Review
new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and
flow chart to determine if program will perform according to
user request and conform to guidelines
- Recommends
program improvement or corrections to programmer
- Writes
documentation to describe program evaluation, testing and
corrections
- May
evaluate proposed software application or software enhancement
for feasibility
- May
develop utility program to test, track and verify defect in
software program
- May
write programs to create new procedures or modify existing
procedures
- May
train software program users and support customers as
necessary.
