ISO Company, CPI Outsourcing Surpasses Another Surveillance Audit
For the third straight time, CPI Outsourcing successfully hurdled another
surveillance audit last July 30, 2010 . Now an ISO 9001:2008 Certified
company for the Design, Development, Operation and Maintenance of Outsourced
Payroll Services, CPI Outsourcing adheres to its thrust of excellence.
ISO 9001 standards give organizations an opportunity to increase value to
their activities and continually improve performance by focusing on their
major processes. Certification International Philippines spearheaded the said
audit with the company's QMR, Mrs. Karen Gay Sia-Binos. CPI Outsourcing is the
holder of certification no. CIP 4008/08/07/585.
By consistently following the quality policy, the audit found that CPI Outsourcing
maintained its QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. It also
reported the strengths of its QMS and the activities that have been initiated by
its different departments to meet their quality objectives and ensure internal and
external customer satisfaction.
CPI Outsourcing incessantly advances its business processes as it also passed the
SAS 70 Type II Audit that reports on the processing of transactions by Service
Organizations and are aligned with ISMS 27001 that deals with security controls
to help companies identify elements that have significant impact on information
security.
