Outsourcing Passes and Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit
CPI Outsourcing has proven again that its business processes are
at par with the best as it passed and completed the SAS 70 Type II
Audit last November 23, 2009. This was spearheaded by the company’s
QMR Ms. Karen Gay Sia-Binos.
Statement on Auditing Standards represents that a certain service
organization has been through an in-depth audit of their control
objectives and control activities. Furthermore, Type II audit
include an examination of controls that have been placed in operation
and testing it for operational effectiveness.
The said audit was conducted by BDO Alba Romeo and Company and took
almost a month to finish. The audit reflects the company’s service
quality and long-term commitments to its clients. It also reinforces
the company’s reputation as the business outsourcer of choice and
validates its willingness to take the extra mile to actively support
the client’s business goals.
