Just two years after moving to Paragon Plaza, CPI Outsourcing is proud to announce
that it will once again transfer to a new and bigger place this October 15, 2011. CPI
Outsourcing’s new home is at the fourth floor of One Corporate Center, a PEZA accredited
facility in the Ortigas Central Business District. The building is designed for BPO facilities
with world-class features such as a fully secured perimeter area; adequate, clean and
uninterrupted power supply; state-of-the-art telecommunications facilities; fire fighting
facilities and an earthquake-resistant structural design. One Corporate Center is a 54-storey
architectural masterpiece that overlooks the fast-growing Ortigas Center commercial hub.
CPI Outsourcing has heavily invested in state-of-the-art facilities such as a fully redundant
fault-tolerant IBM server, a “lights-outs” data center with redundant cooling and power, proximity
card door access, IP phones, CCTV cameras and redundant high speed internet access. The new
office combines CPI Outsourcing’s operations and support services with security and controls
infrastructure that complies with ISO 27001 standards. The move to this new location anticipates
and addresses the company’s business growth for 2012.
The office was designed by Arch. Edwin Gumila of Group 3 Design Studios. Arch. Gumila has
incorporated best of breed design practices commonly found in BPO facilities.
