Is In Our Culture, CPI Outsourcing Hurdles Surveillance Audit
CPI Outsourcing hurdled another surveillance audit and retained
its ISO 9001: 2000 certification for this year last July 31,
2009. ISO 9001:2000 is a standard certification for quality
management system (QMS). This ISO guidelines provides a comprehensive
model for quality management system that can make any company
competitive.
The surveillance audit was spearheaded by Mr. Carlos Somera
and Rodolfo Viola of Certification International Phils. This
audit is done to ensure compliance to set standard that CPI
found essential in achieving desire results (quality policy).
CPI Outsourcing is the holder of certification no. CIP 4088
/ 08 / 07 / 585 for the Design, Development, Operation and
Maintenance of Outsourced Payroll Services.
By strictly following the QMS, the auditors are surprised with
how the QMS are implemented in all the processes. As Karen Gay
Sia-Binos, the company's QMR, put it, Quality is in the culture
of CPI Outsourcing. We will continue to adapt to changes that
can lead to a more efficient and excellent service for our clients.
